TERMS OF USE / END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and SneakUp AB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your download, installation, and use of the Stock Dynamics mobile application ("App") and any related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Proper and Expected Use

The Stock Dynamics App is designed to provide financial insights, stock evaluations, and stock-related news based on user preferences. You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes;
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use;
• Not use the App to misrepresent, deceive, or exploit any person or system;
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of the App;
• Not use the App in any manner that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

This App is not a financial advisory tool. It is informational only. Always consult a certified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

2. License Grant and Permitted Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install one copy of the App on your personal mobile device;
• Access and interact with the App's features and services.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App;
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
• Access the App through automated means or use the App to develop a competing product.

The App is licensed to you — not sold. We retain all ownership rights to the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the App, including but not limited to logos, user interface design, code, graphics, data, and documentation, is the property of SneakUp AB or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

All trademarks and service marks displayed within the App are registered and unregistered marks of SneakUp AB or third parties.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data, including but not limited to:

• Contact information (e.g., email);
• Preferences and behavioral data;
• Usage metrics to improve functionality.

You can request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Retirement Security (Long-Term):

Very Low Risk - Moderate Growth - 59.00 kr — Get low risk very stable and lower monthly growth stocks
Moderate Risk - Good Growth - 99.00 kr — Get moderate risk and medium monthly growth stocks
Capital Growth and Wealth Building (Long-Term):

Very low risk - Moderate growth - 79.00 kr — Get very low risk, stable and lower monthly growth stocks
Moderate risk - Better growth - 119.00 kr — Moderate risk and average monthly growth stocks
Income Generation (Short to Medium-Term):

Low risk - moderate/low growth - 69.00 kr — Get Low risk and slow monthly growth stocks
Moderate risk - moderate growth - 120.00 kr — Get moderate risk and higher monthly growth stocks
High risk - high growth - 199.00 kr — Get Risky but average monthly growth stocks
Moderate risk - high growth - 319.00 kr — Get moderate risk and above average monthly growth stocks
Low risk - moderate growth - 499.00 kr — Get low risk and above average monthly growth stocks
Low risk - high - very high growth - 1000.00 kr — Get very low risk and higher monthly growth stocks

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Unless canceled 24 hours before renewal, subscriptions will renew automatically.

No refunds are provided once payment is processed. Full subscription terms are available in our Terms of Service.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of this Agreement;
• Engage in misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Services;
• Interfere with other users’ experience or App performance.

You may delete your account and stop using the App at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The App and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SneakUp AB disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or timeliness of stock-related content;
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App;
• That content within the App will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakUp AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment;
• Data loss or corruption;
• Business interruption;
• Personal injury related to the use of the App.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
